See ya provides digital business cards and public profile pages that users can customize and share.

The Service may evolve over time, and features may be added, modified, or removed.

See ya is offered for a one-time payment of 19 USD.

No subscription is required.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments are final.

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the immediate access provided after purchase, refunds are generally not available.

By purchasing the Service, you expressly request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you may lose any statutory withdrawal right that would otherwise apply under local law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in your country of residence.

You retain ownership of the content you upload.

By using See ya, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you publish.

You agree not to upload or share content that:

• Is unlawful or fraudulent.
• Infringes intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware or harmful code.
• Impersonates another person or organization.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the Service but cannot guarantee continuous availability.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may temporarily affect access.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including payment processors and hosting providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused by those third-party services.
